A little about me

For many years, I built my career in a high-performance corporate environment, I drove profit margins, developed talent, and consistently hit ambitious performance goals. From the outside, everything looked successful. And like many people in similar roles, I told myself I was fine.

In reality, I was burned out and my nervous system was constantly operating in overdrive.

In 2024, I attended my first breathwork session. For the first time, I experienced what a regulated nervous system actually felt like: calm, grounded, centered.

Today, I no longer push myself or my nervous system past the breaking point. I no longer believe that constant pressure is the only path to success. Instead, I focus on cultivating clarity, regulation, and sustainable growth.

My work, now, is about sharing the tools and perspectives that helped me shift my own life into something more meaningful.
